Every piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted with great care and attention to detail.

Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

• Your item arrives damaged.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition whenever possible.

Unless the mistake was ours, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because every custom piece is made especially for you,

custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of digital products,

all PDF patterns, tutorials, and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

If you experience any technical problems accessing your files, please contact us. We will gladly assist you.

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Digital products cannot be cancelled after purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the packaging

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
